The distance cap is the one to watch. A Niro EV used as a family car doing 20,000 km a year reaches 150,000 km at around year seven and a half — so time and distance run out together. A higher-use car gets there sooner.
What normal looks like
Most used Niro EVs are two to four years old. Expect high eighties to low nineties. These are actively cooled packs with sensible thermal management and they age predictably.
