What we collect, and why.

Payment information

Card details are entered with and handled by our payment provider. We do not store complete card details. We retain the payment status, booking reference and payment identifiers needed to confirm, reconcile or refund a booking.

Information collected when you book

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• The address where the vehicle will be.
• Vehicle type, make, model, year and any registration or VIN supplied.
• Your chosen date and AM or PM session, and any notes you add.

Battery result files and certificates

We retain the source AVILOO result PDF, measured battery values and issued certificate so we can provide your report, keep an audit history and issue a corrected version when needed. Your report uses a private access link. Public certificate verification shows limited vehicle and certificate details only; it does not show your name, contact details, address or VIN.

How it is used

These details are used to confirm vehicle compatibility, arrange the appointment, carry out the assessment and provide the resulting report. They are not sold, and they are not used for advertising.

The five-year outlook calculator

The calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to us or stored anywhere.

Storage and retention

Booking records, source certificates and issued reports are retained for five years from the test date so appointments, reports, corrections and certificate verification can be managed. Some transaction or business records may need to be retained for longer where required by law. Staff access is restricted to authorised administrators and operators.

Access, correction and removal

You can ask us to correct or remove your booking details. Please use the contact method given to you when your appointment was arranged. You can also reach us at admin@evbatterylab.com.au.
