Westmead is the largest health and research precinct in New South Wales, and for an electric vehicle it combines two things that are individually manageable and together are the hardest realistic environment in Sydney.
Long shifts plus western Sydney heat
A hospital shift parks a vehicle for twelve hours or more, frequently right through the hottest part of the day. Westmead sits in the western half of the basin, which runs consistently hotter than the coast through summer and considerably hotter on the worst days.

Heat is the primary driver of permanent lithium capacity loss — ahead of kilometres, ahead of age — and this repeats every rostered day through every summer.
If the vehicle was also left at a high state of charge that morning, it is spending those hours hot and full, which is the combination that ages a nickel-chemistry pack fastest.
The good news is the driving
Shift workers here generally do short trips at quiet hours. Shallow discharges, light traffic, plenty of regeneration, very few complete charge cycles. So the odometer is usually modest and the pack has done little actual work.
That produces a pattern worth naming plainly: a low-kilometre Westmead vehicle can have aged more than its odometer suggests, and the cause is the car park rather than the road.
It is also entirely avoidable. A covered level, a shaded corner, or a charge limit of around 80% for daily use each make a real difference, and almost nobody is told that any of it matters.
What to ask a seller
"Which level did you park on, and was it covered?" sounds like an odd question and it is one of the more useful ones you can ask around here. So is "what did you normally charge it to?"
Most sellers answer honestly, because most have never been told either question is relevant.
